- The first two sets were a mistake. I put my notebook with my sets and stuff down with the squats facing up and I thought it was the deadlift weights lol.

- Towards the end of my lift, a guy showed up. He saw me deadlifting and told me my form was all wrong. I never noticed this because even though people saw me doing this lift in recent weeks, no ones told me my form was off. My back would round and apparently I started off all wrong. He told me about
