Something that’s always bothered me about people (both men and women) losing weight is when one of the primary reasons they want to do so is so they look good in articles of clothing.
If you don’t believe you look good now, what makes you think that’ll change when you lose the weight?
Believing you look good in something is all about confidence, you have to be confident in yourself, that’s mental. You need to start believing you look good now, because trust me when I say even when/if you do lose all the weight you want, it won’t jump start your confidence.
Even after losing almost 80 lbs, I was still self conscious about the way I look in most clothing, even though others said different.

This is Ryback, the guy I mentioned last night.
I want to my body to be that big, but for my height.’
That means, the size I am now, but low fat and more muscle.
Time to get serious, gotta start eating right, and eating more.
feed. me. more.
*Edit, I also wanna grow my beard out like that but unfortunately my job won’t let me. BOO

A couple friends of mine are on instagram/Facebook bragging about doing 3-4 hour long work outs.
I work out normally for like, 45minutes to an hour at most. Sometimes much shorter. And I make amazing resulted and progress.
I personally think 3-4 hours are a little obsessive, that’s just my opinion though.
What about you? How long do you work out?
